Mexican meatloaf?

Any good recipes for Mexican meatloaf? I remember I used to have a cookbook from Betty Crocker that there was a great one, but I can not find more.

I am giving a link to a meat pie of Mexico (source) that sounds good =) and here is a Tex-Mex recipe I will try too. Tex-Mex Meatloaf INGREDIENTS: 1 onion, finely chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper, chopped 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 egg 1 / 4 cup water 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 cup refried beans 1 / 2 tsp. salt 1 / 8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 / 2 pound ground pork 1 / 2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In heavy skillet saute the onion, garlic and jalapeno in olive oil until crisp, about 5 minutes. In a large bowl, combine egg, water, chili powder, salt, refried beans, and sauteed vegetables. Mix well until well combined. Add ground beef and pork and mix gently but thoroughly with your hands. Pat mixture into pan in a grill pan with slotted and bread for grease trap. Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes, until internal temperature registers 160 degrees F. Sprinkle meat pie with cheese and bake 5 more minutes cheese is melted. Turn onto a serving platter, cover and let stand 15 minutes before carving. 6
